In addition to our business as a trading company, we are expanding as a manufacturer with the development of cutting-edge technology and our original research together with our partner companies in each field. Drawing on our strong overseas network, we are supplying Active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates from around the world as well as from our subsidiary company in Italy, Procos.

Procos S.p.A.

  • Procos S.p.A. is our wholly owned subsidiary, specializing in the development, scale-up and production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), advanced intermediates and related services for the pharmaceutical industry wherein our core business sectors include custom synthesis and Generic API manufacturing
  • Located over an area of 110,000 sq. meter on the outskirts of Milan, Italy; our manufacturing site has a cutting-edge multipurpose plant, fully designed under cGMP compliance and successfully audited and approved by USFDA, AIFA and PMDA
  • With eye on the future, we have commissioned in 2015 a new block R10 – High Potency Cytotoxic APIs production unit for manufacturing oncology molecules
