Thermal Management Solutions
- Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) such as Thermal Sheet or Grease are silicone based Soft, Hard Type with High Thermal Conductivity, ranging between 1.4 to 35 W/mk – Thickness: 0.2mm to 12mm
- Polyurethane Potting (Flame Resistance): Provides effective heat dissipation and fire protection. The resin around electronics shields against external stresses, offering tracking resistance, wet heat resistance, thermal conductivity, and flame retardancy.
